PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - SABZ PERSIAN RESTAURANT is absolutely amazing! If you find yourself in the area or even if you're not, and you're craving delicious, made-to-order food, this is the place to go. Everything from the atmosphere, service, owner, and food was awesome. The dishes pictured include freshly made Hummus Pita, Vegetable Dumplings (Manti), Shrimp Kebab with Brown Rice (Birinj) and Cabbage Salad (Kapusta), Chicken Kebab with Brown Rice (Birinj) and Diced Cucumber, Tomato, and Onion Salad (Salata), and for dessert, a made-to-order hot pudding topped with pistachio (Firnee). Trust us, the hot pudding is surprisingly delicious, so you can thank us later.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch. I have visited twice, and while there was a long wait during lunch, the food was worth it. The Chicken Gyro is particularly outstanding, and the Carrot salad is fantastic. For dinner, we opted for take-out. My only suggestion would be to include pita bread or chips with the kebab gyro platter, as it would be a nice addition. The portions are generous and the food is both fresh and flavorful, making it worth the price. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Holy cow. This was the best meal I had in a while. My new favorite place to spoil myself. The homemade hummus- served warm was out of this world. You will never want to eat store bought hummus again. My wife doesn’t care for hummus. She was eating it by the spoonful. The dumplings were great. I also had the vegan beef crumble- excellent. The servings were perfect. We had to take some home.They had plenty of vegan options- more than most restaurants. Go there. You won’t be sorry.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Unquestionably and objectively the best food in Northampton, arguably in all of the Lehigh Valley. This place is not to be missed. The kebob platters are absolute perfection. The gyro is guaranteed to be the best you'll ever have. Whenever I'm in Northampton, it's not a question of if I'll go to Sabz, but rather how many times.
