Friendly's - Northampton

I have enjoyed kindness for years and they have never even disappointed me, especially not here. The service was great and people really made you feel at home. I decided to try her pasta because I never knew that they served it, and it was great! But nothing could ever hit her ice cream. The Reese's Pieces sundae will always be my favorite!

Even if super servers and employees are always friendly and always put so much care in customer service, do not see a hard-working team as that at Friendlys here in Florence! Eating and ice always super good, and everyone does a great job to make this the best restaurant. When I bring my family, they have a great time and leave with great smiles, children love the monsters Mash and servers always make them laugh LOTS! Go on.

I was not in this situation or a friendly one in years. A friend and I decided to get some ice cream in the late evening and think about it. We had such a nice experience. We brought both old memories that we have of kindness, and it just felt nice to be there. We interacted with three different employees and each of them was so sweet, helpful and genuine. I usually don't think to check places like these, but these employees definitely deserve recognition. They were simply very pleasant and seemed to take care of their job and didn't seem like we were an obstacle in their night. Just a very nice experience I wanted to share if you wanted to know.
