Ellistown Fish Chips

Only wanted a bag of chips, the guy was poking his hands through them pulling bad ones out (gross, get tour damn hands out if peoples food! Got home 2 minutes later and they were like warm anyway went straight in the bin, waste of money. First and last time I use this place.

Mini Fish not much bigger than a fish finger and for £4.95 represented poor value for money. Chips far too soft and resembled mashed potato after the short journey home. Card machine available but have to pay 10 Bob for the privilege. Lemon on the fish was a nice touch but disappointing overall. Thanks to the friendly lad behind the counter but elder chap needs to work on his customer interaction.

Ordered through Deliveroo, order had missing items, we called up and the phone got passed to a young lad that worked there as the manager didn’t want to deal with it. When we explained about missing items they said they cannot do anything about it as they don’t have there own drivers (but it was them that didn’t put the items in the bag that they should of done) Manager/Owner just refused and said we are not sending a driver. Wouldn’t recommend due to poor customer service and bad attitude!

Placed an order through uber it was accepted at 9pm and said it was due to be delivered at 9:20pm and the store closed and never arrived, will not order again from here

The food is spot on since being took over. We really enjoy the food from here, everything is hot and tastes great!
