Bidrage med feedbackWe loved our hotel and experience. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and they have two restaurant options on property which was perfect for our family. Unfortunately we were sick from the previous place we were in and had to leave the property a day early. Next time we visit we look forward to coming back and swimming in the indoor pool. A big thank you to the sweet staff, specifically Shima and another gentleman at the front desk. Thank you for being so kind and for excellent customer service.
If you're planning a trip to North Vancouver and looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, the Holiday Inn is a great choice. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It's situated in a prime spot that's close to many great food options, from trendy cafes and bistros to family-friendly restaurants and fast food chains. If you're looking for something specific, the friendly staff at the front desk will be happy to provide recommendations and directions. The atmosphere at the Holiday Inn is also fantastic. The lobby is bright and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating areas where you can relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. But what really sets the Holiday Inn apart is its attentive service. The staff members are incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone is dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring that you have a great experience.Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn in North Vancouver to anyone looking for a great place to stay. With its convenient location, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service, it's the perfect home base for your next adventure.
The exterior of this building gives a very regal feeling, with fountains, dramatic roof line and trees surrounding the property. Unfortunately, the rooms don't live up.Our room was musty and outdated, which we cleared by opening the window and turning off the AC unit where the smell seemed to be coming from. The television showed snow over the picture (I didn't even know that could happen with digital TVs! . And, our morning showers were met with a clogged tub that quickly started filling. Excess water may have been the cause of the wallpaper that was starting to yellow and separate in the bathroom. For $350 a night I expect far better.
This hotel is about as average as average gets. But for the price, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The pros: comfortable bed decent water pressure in the shower in room fridge free parking decent wifi clean room The pros were solid and really all someone needs out of a hotel room. But for two nights at almost $900, I expect more. The cons: due to an injury I was using crutches. Parked pretty far from the front door as the close spots were taken. Was asked to go put a handwritten parking pass on my window. I would understand this normally except you have also asked for my vehicle information and license plate number so what’s the point. So I just didn’t forgot my razor. Phone the front desk and they had one. But I had to come and get it. So back on the crutches and all the way back down to the desk to get it. This might not have been an issue had there not been two staff at the front playing on their phones when I got there. The classy thing to do would have been to ask if I needed it brought up to the room. Other hotels have done this. vending machines only take coins. Come on…this is 2023. So back to the front desk I go to get change. speaking of outdated, the hotel is outdated. It’s a lovely setting with a fountain and whatnot but once you get in, yikes. The rooms could definitely use a refresh. the elevators a super slow the hotel doesn’t do room service. Even though there is a restaurant and a pub on site. And when you do get delivery, the elevators are locked out so they have to give a key to the delivery person but then they call you and ask if you ordered delivery. Just kind of annoying. the Kuerig coffee maker was unplugged in my room. Normally I’d just plug it in but the outlet was behind the fridge. I’m not going to start moving furniture to fix this problem so I’ll just not have coffee and be uncaffinated the rest of the morning until I find a Starbucks. That’s about it. It’s a stay bake place, just unimpressive both in appearance and in service. Also I bet you the Manager writes and very nondescript response to this review and says he’s sorry I had a negative experience but then never ever makes any changes.
Came here to stay the week when I came to Vancouver for vacation. The both the rooms and customer service were great. Even though the path to the main road was just a couple of turns away, I enjoyed how the establishment felt a little secluded thanks to the pathing and geography. From an elevated room, the windows provided a great viewpoint from my room. However, during my stay I was a little disappointed that both the laundry and gym rooms closes at certain times in the night, though this may have changed since the last time I visited.
