Bidrage med feedbackBest fish and chips you will eat. batter light as spring and not greasy. senior price excellent, fish, chips, tee and brot, £5.50
This is the best fish and chips around and the staff here are so friendly. had chips and curry sauce with batter bits and it was absolutely delicious and deserves after a few beers in the night before! worth visiting when they are in tynemouth. Thank you!
Visited on a busy Friday evening, so there was a waiting queue that was made worse by several large amounts) and had to admit that eating was hastened, not the cleanest, and some of them left out for one. Nevertheless, we were served by a young gentleman, think they, his name was callum? and despite the stress of the hurry, was very polite, professional and served really good portions for us. It was a bit more expensive than I had expected to pay £23 for two meal times) but the eating was still delicious and clean tables outside for use. I'm sure if we went to a less busy time, it would be 5 stars.
We arrived at Marshall's late in the afternoon and both ordered the monkfish and chips with a side of curry. As always, the food was absolutely delicious. The monkfish was perfectly cooked with a crispy batter, and the chips and curry sauce were excellent. We highly recommend Marshall's if you are looking for a special dining experience.
I liked my calamari and chips, but the garlic sauce was of very low quality. I can't believe they managed to mess up something as simple as garlic sauce. Sorry.
