Bidrage med feedbackI only come here for the milk-they carry Wrights Farm milk so it's nice to not have to travel as far to get it. Muffins were good. Sometimes they have a ton of stuff and other times they have hardly anything. Lots of tables inside to eat at.
I stopped here for takeout sandwiches with my daughter. We were driving through on our way from western CT to Providence and were on a tight schedule. My daughter ordered a grilled veggie wrap which turned out to be hummus on a tortilla with boiled zucchini. It was inedible. I ordered a Rachel which is a Reuben with turkey instead of corned beef. It had one thin slice of turkey. Barely any thousand island dressing, and I say that as someone who doesn 't like a sandwich heavily dressed. It was also on toast, not grilled like every Rachel or Reuben I 've ever had anywhere in the country in my whole life. (We were already on the road, trying to eat, threw it out and called it a loss). It was bad. More to the point, we did not receive what we paid for. Here is where it gets interesting. Rather than write a negative review, I decided to call the restaurant the next day to speak to someone. I spoke to a manager who was polite and said she would find out what happened. She said the grilled veggie wrap should have had zucchini, squash and peppers and should have been grilled. She then said the meat in my Rachel should have been more and that the meat is portioned ahead of time (makes sense that a restaurant would prep portions). She also said that the deli sandwiches are grilled but you can request it (ok, good to know, but that 's not normal). I called back a couple of days later to speak with her and she wasn 't there. The owner got on the phone and was incredibly defensive and rude. She called me a liar and HUNG UP ON ME! Look, this was a couple of sandwiches, not lifechanging for anyone. However, for a restaurant, in these tough times, to be serving this food, I was hoping for a positive feedback situation. Wow, I 'm just really surprised. So here I am, after trying to speak to the restaurant, specifically the OWNER, writing a review. They also charge a surcharge for using a credit card but don 't tell you or have any signage about this. I would stay away, they have communicated they don 't have any interest in their customers.

Great place. I always get the farmstand chicken wrap. Never disappointed. Great service. Wonderful pastries. Clean too.
Good local place for pastries and coffee...all the pastries I bought were delicious and not too sweet. Will try breakfast next time.Happy to patronize good mom n' pop places like this.Stop lining up at chain donut shops for substandard donuts/pastries/breakfast and mediocre coffee. The great places are places like this...and they go away if you don't support them. This plaza needs better signage on the road. I have passed by this place quite a few times and the only thing I casually notice is that it is Fredrickson Farms Stove Shop, the largest sign on the building. Never knew there was a cafe here until I was searching for a new place on the internet.
