Arby's - North Royalton

If I could give negative stars I would. I can't comment on the food as the employees locked the doors on our school group that stopped here for lunch. There were still other customers in the dining room. I guess this location isn't interested in actually serving food or do we need to make a reservation. Our group isn't even that large. Very rude and unprofessional.

What sitting at drive-through waiting for my order one something came off the canopy and cracked my windshield. I made a police report and talked to the general manager and told him what was going on and he said he would contact the owner and file an insurance claim lo and behold the insurance companydenied my claim I would never go back

Easy ordering in the drive thru. Liked the deals offered, quick service and food was tasty.

Actually of all the Arby's..this is our favorite. Staff is always friendly. Restaurant is clean. Good is served warm. We would recommend checking them out.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are wheelchair accessible
