Taco Bell - North Richland Hills

The Tacos are pathetic, take the time to actually train your employees. When I worked here, at least I made the food as they should be made! There's nothing like three pieces of salad and a little cheese and everything cracked! This is pathetic!

No matter what you order the woman on the drive thru tells you that they don't sell... What is the purpose of even being open I saw 2 cars piercing the drive before me and getting nothing

The food is not as good at this place as at other places where I was here in Tarrant County. The service is not so great, they put red sauce on everything without asking the customer first. I don't like her red sauce because she tastes bitter. They have no wheelchair access at the stands, and that makes it difficult for me and my sister because they use a wheelchair.

You are a embarrassment to this restaurant chain, which hopefully says a lot. You can be better and better, but your staff is not right. Understood. Food: 1/5

Food has never been bad and the workers are friendly but this location does unfortunately tend to get your order wrong more often than other locations. Lotttt of kids on staff here it seems. I don't fault them. It is what it is.
