Fatburger Buffalo's Express

What a burger !!! I was craving a burger an sometimes when you choose a random place through yelp it could be great or not so great... this definitely was a win. I got the original burger with cheddar it was delicious the seasoning on it was excellent an the burger was still nice an juicy. We also ordered a order of chili cheese fries now I'm very PICKY when it comes to chili on my fries or burgers for me it's more of a meat sauce with excellent flavors. They didn't disappoint I would go an order a bowl of their chili. Staff was also great the front counter woman was polite an made sure we ordered what we wanted (like I forgot to add cheese to my burger).They delivered or food to us, an when I need something else they were right on the spot. My husband was using his fingers to eat something an one of the staff came an asked if he needed a fork. When it slowed down the cook came out an asked how everything was. The staff was very attentive an friendly.If I could just give them a half of a ding it would be for the chairs they are metal which one isn't overly comfortable and oh I hate the sound of them moving on the ground. But that was my only issue, definitely have plenty of reasons to go back of few more times.

Staff walked out on a busy, summer night after we had placed our order. Therefore, it took FOREVER to get our burgers. I can generally be empathetic in a situation like this however; the way the 'boss ' and his sole employee handled things afterwards were a complete disgrace. Extremely unprofessional. Food was blah...meh... extremely messy and not in a good way! There was NO PATTY to speak of amongst the 6 of us only the remains of what may have been a patty once upon a time.

Had an awesome first time experience at Fat Burger. Stone, the manager was very informative and had a good vibe to stay and enjoy a great burger. Good customer service is always part of a great meal in my opinion, plus good food makes it a five star! Fat fries were good and burger was well seasoned.

Came here for the first time today around 1pm. May have been my first time ever to a fatburger. First off, im going to say the burger was excellent. Huge and greasy and juicy and amazing. Huge pro Fries, not so much. Not the greatest fries 3/10.But here were the negative. Two burgers, two medium drinks (although one was supposed to be a large but clerk forgot to give me my drink) one side of fat fries. Nearly $30. so thats a negative on the price for a fast casual dining. family of 4 would be nearly 75$ and im not paying that for this experience.The seating and interior is ok, games on, but everything felt like it hadnt been cleaned in a bit. No ice tea. Huge miss for me as i only drink Ice tea no pop. Which had i known, wouldnt have gotten drinks at all. also order a large and a small and was given two mediums.Person at the counter was expressionless. no vibe, no interaction nothing. Tried probing with questions about their xxl wall of fame and it was just explained that its a burger. Rather than what the wall of fame is about. she did tell me one person did 8 patties tho. This is why i didnt fight the drink size, not worth it.Overall, for the price and vibe. round up to 4 stars. change the vibe and maybe a 5.

I was so shocked whenever I took the first bite it was so good raley did a good job on cooking a burger the flavor was phenomenal all the stuff mixed together the toppings blended together was so good and I just like loved it so I will be coming here
