Great place to eat! had children options as well as a complete vegetarian menu and some vegan options! very recommended x

We visited after reading reviews; the queue was long so thought it was a good sign. We ordered the sweet chilli and bbq buckets and spent £15 or so pounds. We noticed the branding which said homemade toppings; we saw frozen chips from macro along...with Chefs larder bbq sauce, sweet chilli and garlic all from large catering packs. Also the cheese was from a large catering pack too. Not sure where the homemade comes from at all? The servers. A young lad and girl we’re friendly but were eating sweets and serving (hands weren’t washed after eating and handling food) The chips were nice but not worth the price and certainly not homemade. All frozen or from catering packs from macro! Would not recommend! Get chips from a real chippy round the corner. Much cheaper and actually made using fresh potatoes not frozen chips.

Queued for half an hour, they had ran out of the special (this was at 13:30 so hadn’t been open long), staff spent more time flirting than serving and chips were not every warm. Not worth the money.

The food is very disappointing. We thought we would give this place a go based on other reviews, and the photos we found online, however the reality is much different. we paid £12 for chips with garlic mayo and bbq sauce and cheesy chips with...a few pieces of bacon. What you are paying for are really just very expensive “out of the bag” frozen chips with a few extras. Even during these Covid times, the staff seemed happy to handle the food directly with their hands before giving it to the customer. I have no idea how this business continues to stay in business.

Have tried the bucket list on numerous occasions and has been tasty however overpriced. Tried to attend a pop up last month and the queue was extremely long so gave up. Tonight I attended the fireworks where I joined the queue as soon as we...arrived. Stood in the queue for an hour and a half to arrive at the front and be told they have ran out. There was a full queue behind me. Was told they cannot hold stock on a small trailer. Such poor service when they could just work out how much they can serve and stop the queue before it got too long. Waste of my time and I am never bothering going to anywhere chip buckets are ever again as they are way too hyped up and cannot then serve the customers that they try to get there and then turn away, very poor. Very disappointing and should do better when it’s just frozen chips with a few prepared toppings put on the top.
