Denny's - North Miami

Eating? incredible, especially the nachos. service? remarkable. I'm glad. eating is amazing, but I don't think this place would be as expensive to me and my friend as it is if it wasn't for betty! (like taylor swifts song it is so friendly and warm. visit them and this gey situation whenever they have a chance and want to feel particularly beautiful?

This place is TERRIBLE. first of all, we walked in and was not greeted. i helped myself and walked over to the table. the blonde waitress , older woman with long hair then walked over and told me she'd be right with. waited another 10 min and she came over and said again she'd be right with me. there was only 2 other tables occupied at the time. and only one that where with food. after waiting so long we decided to get up and leave. there was throw up all over the floor and a man that was sitting in the chair with it all between his legs on the floor.. they never stopped to clean this up and the waitress never acknowledged us leaving or the throw up all over the floor at the entrees. never again.

HORRIBLE customer service at Biscayne and 121st St!!! I was ignored when I walked-in even though I had eye contact with the waitress. When a customer who was waiting was rung up, I proceeded behind her, thinking the gentleman who did so would help me next..... Nope! He went to the back and I was left at the counter, where I waited for an additional 5 mins. Two Latino customers came in, and no more than 45 seconds later, the same waitress .. she has dyed-red hair, watch out for her) who I had eye contact with, pops-up from the back and proceeds to accommodate the newly arrived customers!!....I then say oh, so we're just going to ignore me She then says I thought you were helped already At this point, I'm disgusted and start to leave when I hear her say No one got time for that just before I walk out!...Safe to say ill NEVER order from there again!

The food as always was amazing and cost efficient are waitress was very friendly I ordered the Patty melt Definitely a favorite. With so many things changing in society I am very glad that through the years denys has maintained they're good service and quality of food
