To give a star just because my cone tasted like fabuloso. extremely disgusting after taste. not only was the crash bad, the dame that Hawaiian/Hispanese saw that wanted to help us was rude and not a good amount, not worth my 30 dollars for two small cones.

Walked in @8:59pm as they close 9pm but they were so nice and welcoming. Going back to get more ice cream and ice cream cakes.??

If you are not going to serve people in the order they came in, don't have a line.

I order a cake online 10/10/21 with a pick up date for 10/16/21. I get here to the store to find out that the assistant gave my cake to another person that has already left the store. Not only is it COVID but you call the person back and say that she is going to bring your cake back it hasn't been touched. She will be back later, I said what's later I have a birthday party. I have no idea who this person is that has my cake and I'm supposed to trust that my cake hasn't been touched. I was told that everything can be made over but will take 24 hours.

Order a waffle cone and I couldn’t even eat the cone!!! It tasted so gross like store cleaner!! Literally tasted like chemicals. Why have the cones sitting out in the open and not have them covered. Wasted my money on something I can’t even eat.
