Bidrage med feedbackSuggest the reefs and also the chicken parmesan to try. The waitress asked how the yellow tail wine was. I said it was okay. She said it was old, so she offered to open a new bottle. Much better. But no IPA! If we... are back in this way, we would definitely put this on our list.
My hubby and I visited north bay. I wasn't there over 50 years ago. my family was back in ohio every year. that was a Bucket list vacation. I wasn't disappointed. cecils was a highlight of our...measures. happy hour martini, varied menu,. excellent service and wonderful presentation, to appropriate trips. grahm our server was very personal and professional. he likes his job or at least looks like him. he should be praised. he interacted with his mules. kudo to him. the meals were great, I had the bark meat bourg and nabeby had wings and French wobbles suppe. both so delicious. as per rating a to go dessert we have the strawberry white chocolate it was so delicious. superb meal high recommended. ask for graham he was great
Our family went to cecil’s to calibrate Mother’s Day. at the beginning my son chose this restaurant because he wanted to taste her beer in the house. the atmosphere was beautiful, but our first disappointment was that at the moment it was not a beer brew, so no one was available. our meals were the next. I ordered the bark bourguignon, which has proven to be a microwave cow. it was partly warm and partly cold. my son ordered the top sirlon steak. it was as thin as a piece of roast beef and so it could hardly cut it. he said it was the WORST steak he had a t a restaurant! my other son had the ribs he said it was best mediocre. the fries we get back were all cold and tasted like karton. they were totally insensitive! the only decent thing was the meal of my wife, who was a caesar salad and the four cheese shrimp she said were both good. the waitress seemed to be bored only with her job and was not very pleasant. to finish everything, I thought I would try a glass of her house red wine. big mistake. it was a terrible glass of wine. overall this restaurant is much overpriced for the very poor quality of the food they serve. I would advise them to take a pass on this restaurant and go somewhere else.
Had dinner with two other couples at the beginning of March 2022. Food was overpriced and not worth somewhere near what they calculate. French fries were so overcooked that they were hard to eat. (food). The main rib was o.k, but I think they think thick Gravy... is au jus, how should the main rib accompany and was advertised to come along. For $45 you'd think they'd know the difference. The service was also very slow and not too attentive. It won't come back. EVER.
Looking for another place. Saw Cecil’s and decided to give it a try. It was a pretty good choice. All Corvid protocol seemed to be followed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pre-ordering we received a half mini loaf and butter. The bread was bland,...and the butter tasted old. Ordered two different meals. One was a steak. It was cooked just right, tender and tasted great. I had the Prim Rib. It was tasty and cooked just right, but a little bit tough and chewy. The baked potatoes were cooked just right, served with butter and sour cream. Lots of choice in the beer department. We ordered a couple of different ones and they were good. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the prices are reasonable. I would return, and I recommend it.
