Mcdonald's - North Andover

This place has potential but I feel that the people up front are complacent or they don’t care. The big guy serving drive thru is coughing over the food and the older woman taking orders although pleasant seems like she is burnt out. The workers behind the scenes seem to be doing their job well.The soda machines are disgusting and the tables are as well. I could not get covers for my soda due to the cover container was literally stuck shut from not being cleaned. The location of this establishment is perfect for a profit but I feel that they are riding on this .Customer area is disgusting and the man servicing drive thru seems he is burnt out also and not caring about customer service. Seriously disgusting coughing in customers orders.? If they have camera they will see it.

After me and my kids soccer game. We went to this McDonalds to eat. I was appalled by the terrible costumer service in the place. This obtuse women was yelling at her employees in the back while they where in a rush. She clearly had a manger uniform on. She didn’t help her team once the whole time I was there. I had order a cheeseburger from this old looking white women. She got my order wrong. I had asked for my cheeseburger to be with out pickles. And she got my order completely wrong. If I hadn’t checked my son’s food he could have eaten that pickle. After we had gone to sit down, the tables were messy. There was soda all over the floor. The trashcans were over filled. The trash was falling out. OTHER PARENTS I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD.

I went to this Mcdonald's the evening the power went out in some parts of andover. I understand that they were busy and that it was stressful, but under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I ever talk to other employees and customers the way the MOD was. I went in the drive through I was scolded to go inside. Once inside, I showed my mobile order and the women I spoke too started giving me a hard time. I switched my order to in-store pickup and eventually received my order. While sitting inside the store, all I could hear was the women who I presume was the manager screaming at other employees and talking **** about the customers in the drive through. At one point she yelled at an employee and the employee left in tears about a half hour later.Very disappointing.

Asked for my child’s meal for a cheeseburger and just cheese, got pickles which he didn’t like. Also asked for his meal to have no fries and extra apple got NO apples and just fries. Pay attention and DO

Terrible customer service, whoever was taking drive through orders had the biggest attitude and careless demeanor when asking what i wanted, whoever he was he had a mowhawk style haircut and apparently needs classes on customer service skills (especially since it looked like he was wearing a manager uniform).
