Kung Fu Tea - Norfolk

Definitely not the best Kung Fu tea I've visited. Not sure why but boba taste stale. Also tried to get some work done there but very loud and extremely cold!Food: 2/5

This is literally the dumbest and ghettoest place i have ever been. There’s always some type of hand written sign on the door followed by interactions with employees who don’t want to be there. They want you to place your order online instead of at the counter but they are out of stock of 75% of the stuff in the store abs the website isn’t updated with what they don’t have. The only reason i keep coming back is because it taste good

Absolutely amazing place to get boba tea. They have a wide selection and various adjustments that can be made. They have non-dairy options, as well as options for more or less sweet, different levels of ice, different sizes, types of toppings, and an incredibly long list of teas, milk teas, slushes, punch, yogurt, and coffees. The staff are super nice and helpful, and there is plenty of seating inside. They have a rewards app that is free, and mon-thu, they have different kinds of deals. This month, it is free toppings, mon it's free topping, tue is free topping on punch, wed is free topping on slush, and thu is free milk cap.Dietary restrictions: Wide range of non-dairy options

The staff is always so nice and have never given me a problem. The teas are really yummy. I always order matcha. I've been here a couple of times. Food: 5/5

As I went to place my order, the girl at the register stood directly in front of me texting on her phone for a good 20 seconds before taking my order. I hate to complain but that was terrible.
