Auntie Anne's - Norfolk

Very tasty variety of pretzel snacks. Located inside of the Walmart Supercenter near the Grocery entrance across from the deli/produce sections. A nice little place to get a snack while shopping.

The last three times I have ordered here they have screwed up my order. I love auntie Anne's and go to the NEX location extremely regularly but this location is abysmal. The first time, I ordered from them through grubhub. They gave me a medium lemonade when I ordered a large, and completely missed one of my two dipping sauces. The second time I walked in the store and ordered in person. They gave me a nacho cheese instead of a cream cheese. The third time I ordered a cookie from their subway counter with my pretzel and asked to try the new chocolate mint chip cookie, snd was given a traditional chocolate chip cookie. They have yet to give me a complete correct order once.

I brought two pretzel dogs and the hot dog and dough was raw...please check your order before you leave the counter...they lost my business.

As I was standing in line today to order, I saw an employee changing out the lemonade containers. I quickly changed my mind about ordering anything when the employee put her bare hands (no gloves) down INSIDE the lemonade container. ???? I will not be going back to this location.
