Subway - Norco

The server who helped my girlfriend and I was amazing. Her name is Caitlin and she worked on the afternoon of 4/15. She was very polite, patient, and helped us thoroughly with making our sandwiches. She definitely deserves 5 stars. The food was amazing and our sandwiches were perfectly assembled to how we liked them.

Ordered a Sandwich, asked for a small combo, was told they ran out of small cups and would have to charge me for a large, I declined and asked for a water cup instead to which the employee responded no we don 't do that , I said what do you mean? He said we don 't offer water cups Interesting considering in the state of California that 's illegal.Sad, used to the like this place. Won 't return again

This place was gross, dirty, and messy. Needs a deep cleaning. Take a look at the sides of where the glass hinges and the counter connects.

SLOWEST service ever!!!!!! Currently been waiting over 15 minutes just to place my order and have barely been acknowledged.

This location is not providing cups for water anymore in accordance with staff. Pretty much you forced to buy their bottled water or a fountain drink if you want to drink something.
