Woodland Cafe - Nongpoh

Went there after having a stop from a long trip to Meghalaya. The Dhaba is good and clean, service is also good. Ordered momo and soup, it was delicious.

Love this place.Make sure to bring umbrellas. Good place to stop and have a cup of tea. Good for lunch as well. Enjoy the rain outside as its mostly raining there. Have a happy journey.

Great place located in the midst of Guwahati Shillong (Nongpoh). Best place to halt during drives or bike rides. This place even has a bakery named Bread Crumbs. There are a few local shops within the compound where you can also buy local delicacies like pickles etc.

Excellent halt midway between Guwahati and Shillong. Food is hot, fresh and delicious and light on the pocket. Staff is courteous and helpful. Ample place to sit. Wide parking area. Toilets need to be much cleaner though.

Not satisfied. The staffs behaviour was not very good. The highway dhabas are supposed to serve very quick. But they took a long time to serve the order and after a long wait got something else from what I ordered. I would recommend not to stop there in highway if you are in hurry.
