Wendy's - Nitro

I love the hamburgers here and the loaded fries some of my fav foods ?

I have been there twice recently each time food has been low grade barely warm had to return first time management remade the order recieved hot and fresh. second time Luke warm again cold cheese thrown on it fries old tasting mentioned to drive through window i was told i can redue but probably will come out the same way management came told them to remake well it was the same except it was microwaved and bottom bun was hard sad to say wendy's is nothing like they use to be

This is my favorite fastfood restaurant. But unfortunately it is going downhill. The service is very quick but the food is never right. If you order your food the way it comes this is still a good restaurant, but if you like to make changes to your food this isn't the restaurant for you.

Went to drive through, service was friendly and fast. Food was good.

As I continued to wait, the person behind me became frustrated and left for McDonald's. He must have sworn on his way out, which then prompted an elderly woman holding the door for him to scold him for his language. In response, the man told her that he could do whatever he wanted and flipped her off. Eventually, one of the workers who had previously mentioned the shift change and watched me wait finally took my order, but I was disappointed to pay $17.42 for two small 10-piece chicken meals. It was a terrible experience and I will be avoiding this area in the future.
