Not bad for Taco Bell, friendly service, accurate order

Online order went to drive through for pickup. Manager was super rude when she handed me my order I asked for picante sauce, she said it’s in the bag and slammed the window. So I looked and no sauce was in the bag. I sat there she stared at me for a good 2 minutes before coming back with a handful of picante sauce soon as she opened the window before I could I say there was no sauce in the bag she had already shoved her out the drive through window and just basically dropped the sauce packets in car window. She didn’t give me a chance to try and grab them. Then slammed the window shut again. My husband said she shot a bird her middle finger) after she closed the window but I didn’t notice beings I was busy trying to pickup the sauce packets in my lap and car door that she had just thrown in my car. I thought the one in fort Walton on Beal pkwy was rude. They are saints compared to this Taco Bell location. I will not ever stop here again.

Failures everywhere. Management really needs a change over

I don't see why there are so many negative reviews ! It's taco bell ?. got food to go and nothing went wrong. I Even left my orange juices inside and a nice lady brought it out to me. Alot of people don't know the food industry. Constantly on your feet for many hours of the day. Good job ! ?

You get what you should expect to get at Taco Bell...moderate quality food and likely the runs.Employees were nice in the drive thru, so that is a bonus.
