Bidrage med feedbackKim was the kindest server..adjusting our table to avoid the sun without diminishing our stunning views. Good superb…especially Cobb Salad with Burnt Honey Pear Dressing. All ably assisted by Riley.
We have visited the Vintage properties many times over the years both to stay and dine. In this case we brought my in laws who live locally for lunch. On the positive they accommodated 6 of us on the patio on short notice and our server was pleasant enough albeit a bit inflexible. Nice location overlooking the marina.Unfortunately food was really disappointing bland and expensive. $25 for a bowl of seafood chowder which was very thin and the seafood consisted of few shelled mussels. Two chicken wraps were what you would expect from a fast food place. Burger was good albeit a bit overloaded with sauce. We were also here for an overnight stay in April 2023 and had a similar experience food wise on a fixed price menu. It was a birthday celebration and they mentioned there would be something special brought to the room but nothing appeared. Not that we feel this is a reasonable expectation as a guest but best not to promise something and not deliver. The Vintage properties are still beautiful but service and food (which we always thought was a strong suit) has really fallen off. Hope they read these reviews and make the effort to raise the bar.
Decent service with food for people who may not need a lot of food at night. The Cobb salad hit the spot. My husband had the burger which was cooked to perfection.
Jessica was an amazing waitress. She recommended the Duck and peanut butter bomb which I ordered. The duck was amazing and the peanut butter bomb I am saving for later tonight. The atmosphere is very classy and worth the visit. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the gentle breeze. This was our first time to Niagara on the Lake. I recommend dining here.
Extremely expensive for Terrible Horrible food!! The worst pulled beef you can ever imagine. Few grams of Dry overcooked pulled fibers of meat topped with mustard off a can, on a 60 gram piece of plain white bread, sold for 35$. What the heck?? French fries in broken tiny pieces fried in old oil. Waiter was diligent, kind but not experienced at all. The only normalcy consisted on the draft beers, the bottle of wine, and the expressos. I took guests there because of the atmosphere. Food used to be better some 10 years ago or more. Now, it is horrendous! The manager and the cook should be fired!!! I will only go there for drinks in the future.
