Mcdonald's - Newton Grove

The ride was very fast. The food was as I had ordered. They were very friendly and fast.

Customer service was great! Cook...not so...got regular article on Menu 2 McChickens. You had both onions on them???? I get them regularly. I never had onions on them. Oh NO Mayonnaise also... What's going on? I'm glad I'm not allergic to onions!!!

I know the times are hard, but that's ridiculous big frit not even half full lucky meal had literally 8 pommes in the pack At this point you are either parked and waiting or there in such a rush u get orders like these

This must be the greatest joke of a place to eat that they have ever been. You can never get a job right, that's when you have what you ask. Very good. Then if u order over 2 sandwiches it takes 30 minutes to get them. If she hadn't given a star, she wouldn't have to give anything. Just a joke.

What a total cluster fork! I placed my order by number but she rings up the sandwich and drink individually and leaves out the fries. Then I get the sandwich and no drink. Once I get their attention it takes four people ten minutes to pour two drinks. People from the drive-through were coming into the store because of missing and wrong food items. The customer after me orders a coffee and gets handed a fountain drink. I've never before seen such mass incompetence.
