Bidrage med feedbackI ordered for pickup from this location and the drink machine was messed up and not dispensing the correct drink. I did not realize this until we were home. I called back to notify the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive telling me it wasn?t possible. She could have very easily just said ?thank you? and let it go but instead she continued to argue with me, a paying customer. Horrible customer service
2:00 pm 8-28-2021 CNU location Maranda gave the worse service i have ever gotten from a subway and she did all of this while she was so called training two people . So now they will be trained thinking this attitude is okay . This used to be my favorite location but i will not go here again as long as she works here. Service was worse than what you expect from McDonald?s.
Ordered delivery from the restaurant and had an item missing. The cashier asked what I wanted them to do about it and I said a refund would work fine. Well, then she proceeds to say its not their problem when the food leaves the restaurant and they can't refund one item in a meal so my only option was to pick it up.
So I won't go into explicit detail on my experience today, however I made a mobile order and picked it up on my way to work. The sandwich was poorly put together, there were barely any ingredients on the sandwich, they didn't bother to cut it in half though it was a foot long, and to top it off my bread was stale. The icing on this terrible experience cake was when I called letting them try to fix the mistake and I was met with the response that they couldn't do anything about it but next time they'll put actual effort into making the sandwich properly. It's safe to say that I am way less than pleased and will not be suggesting that anyone frequent this establishment.
Food was good, and so was the service. But it was very awkward as we were waiting to be served the owner was berating one of the workers publicly. Things got pretty uncomfortable. It was lunch time on June 29th, 2022. The system was done, and so they were having to do everything manually which wasn't a problem. But like I said things got incredibly awkward sitting there waiting to order lol.
