New World Chinese Viii - Newport

We dined at this amazing restaurant on Tuesday evening. We were all very impressed with the delicious food and friendly host. The girls ordered the mixed meat Chow Mein with chips, rice, and delicious satay sauce. The boys had sticky ribs, sweet and sour chicken, prawn Thai green curry, and mixed Singapore vermicelli. If we ever find ourselves in Newport again, we will definitely return to this restaurant!

The staff at this restaurant are very accommodating and patient. Please note that anything fried in oil is not gluten free due to cross-contamination. However, they are happy to adjust other recipes to suit your dietary needs. I ordered the chicken in Thai sweet chili sauce, which normally comes with crispy chicken, but they substituted it with plain chicken for me. I recommend giving them a call to discuss your options.

I order the sweet and crispy chicken with rice from this restaurant every two weeks. They use gluten-free flour for their dishes, making them organically gluten-free. This is the only Chinese restaurant I have found in the Greater Newport area that does this. It tastes delicious! They may have other gluten-free options, but this is my go-to dish. I have it delivered to my home.

Very accommodating and patient. All that fried in oil is NOT gluten-free because the same oil is used for gluten. However, they will happily adapt other recipes. I had chickens in Thai, sweet chilli sauce. Usually has crispy chicken, but they substituted it with simple chicken. Worth a call.

I order the candy n a crispy chicken with rice. They do not use flour with gluten, so it is organic GF. The only Chinese I found in Greater Newport. It is beautiful!!!! You can have other GF options, but that's what I eat. I get it delivered.
