The exterior and menu was the reason what attracted us. The menu had a great selection, anything you wanted in a milkshake they probably had it. The place itself is quirky and I liked that you could take a menu for future viewing. The staff however were the downfall, they were blunt and just had no conversation making the experience all just seem awkward. It seemed like making a drink was a chore for them even though that’s their job.

My partner and I decided to take a day trip to Newcastle today, as we are planning to move to the area next month and wanted to explore the area. We came across a shake shop at the entrance to INTU and were impressed by the variety of shakes and the unique decor. The ambiance was dark and had a diner-like feel, but it was well-decorated. They offer a wide selection of flavors, and the shake we tried was delicious. The only downside was the service. The server seemed rushed and awkward during our purchase, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, the shakes are definitely worth trying.
