Caffe Nero - Newcastle upon Tyne

I frequent this restaurant daily for their consistently delicious hot coffee. It's the perfect spot to relax outside and enjoy a cup before work or during a break.

The coffee at this restaurant is delightful, and they offer a nice variety of snacks. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the restroom is located three floors up, but there is a disabled toilet available on the ground floor.

I really like this coffee shop. The staff are warm and friendly and there is an excellent range of teas, coffees and other drinks. The furniture and decoration is very comfortable and relaxing.

Great coffee as well as a selection of tea and snacks both sweet and savoury are to be had here,all caffe Nero's are well presented and have comfortable leather chairs and sofas for seating. Relaxing music and a serene atmosphere are typical of this Italian coffee chain. For those who haven't visited a caffe nero branch I HIGHLY recommend giving one a try.

This restaurant is a great spot to unwind and people watch. The staff were welcoming and ensured the tables were kept clean. One improvement could be having more staff on hand to assist with the small queue that formed, as only one person was taking orders while the other was cleaning. However, overall, this establishment has a fantastic team of friendly staff who excel at customer service and teamwork.
