Dutch Bros Coffee - Newberg

Honestly, customer service could be so much better. The number of times I 've had to wait because the batista are too busy blabbering to another car and completely ignoring the line of cars. I once had a lady with the most absurd customer service, I asked for her to surprise me with a rebel and she hits me with the snarkiest. So what do you want ?????? I rarely return to this Dutch unless it 's a sticker drop. The one across Newberg has such better customer service and such better people!! Don 't waste your time or money here.

I truly love this stand these guys always do such a good job. They're so fast so friendly just a great team! Keep up the good work guys!

We came in at 830pm to get the kids some hot chocolate but ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes while the girl at cash out sat and talked with her friend. They never ordered anything, just sat and talked. The girl looked back at us and continued to laugh and talk with the person in front of us. No one talked to us at any point. We ended up just pulling through. There was a complete disregard for any of the customers there. Very disappointing experience at a location my family comes to regularly. Guess I'll have to learn to love Starbucks.

Dutch Bros. in Monmouth, Oregon, does a great job. We enjoy our favorire drinks and Orange Cranberry Muffin Tops. Happy to see young people , all extorverts do such a great job.

Amazing place. Got my drink wrong, and I ended up enjoying more than what I originally ordered.
