Spice Hut - New York City

Pleasantly surprised by this late night find. Usually the quality of restaurants open to deliver at 1am is questionable but the Spice Hut did not disappoint! Chicken Makhani and Baingan Bharta as well as the Papadum were very flavorful and satisfying. I also ordered the Palak Paneer which I wasn't crazy about but mostly because I was craving Saag Paneer (which they don't offer). Very happy to add this restaurant to my favorites.

Food was alright, nothing special didn't provide any condiments to along with the lamb biryani we ordered. The dal was very abysmal in quantity and taste. The salt on some of the dishes was way off. The restaurant doesn't answer the phone so we had to wait over 1.5 hrs for our order to be delivered.

This was one of the worst Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Curry dishes I ever had in US.

Wow. I normally don't leave reviews but .....the Chicken Tikka Masala was DELICIOUS. and the naan was delectable.
