Go Go Curry Harlem - New York City

Unfortunately, this place is all rice and not meat/course. Chain was one of my favorites and went downhill great time. Will never visit again, because I would rather just buy a box of curry and add water.

Food is ALWAYS delicious here when I order but last 2 times has been a disappointment. Don?t get me wrong , food is still great but the packaging has been a real upset. They have S/M/L sizes for their food and it comes in respective go go curry branded circular bowls but now even though I order a large, it comes in a generic black container. So I feel like I?m wasting money as it was the same size container when I purchased the medium. I think moving forward I?ll need to call and ask if they have their proper packaging before I order on seamless. I opted to write here since Seamless keeps skipping the option to leave a rating when I order.

The place is very small. The food taste great since most of it is fried. The staffs are nice but sometimes the wait could be longer than usual. Came for a pick up but still have to wait a bit, not sure if I order when it was super busy or just understaff

I don't know if they were trying to be nice by giving me extra stuff but it backfired. I ordered a simple pork cutlet curry with no cabbage, cheese pickled shallots on the side. I waited in store a pretty long time but I assumed they were making it fresh. I got home and it was entirely wrong. There was sea food and tartar sauce in there along with the cutlet. I hate seafood. Also there was still cabbage, no cheese, and it was smothered in some pickled red veggie I couldn't identify by taste, smell or sight. I was super disappointed given I absolutely hated how it tasted with all the stuff I didn't ask for.

Disclaimer!! Your about to read a fire review!...... As a vegan I was especially skeptical but the staff readily informed me of their amazing options. I've included pics btw but I chose the thre main protein options (excluding edamame) I had the veggie tofu, the veggie tempura and the veggie gyoza!!
