Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely disgusted. I just witnessed an employee from this Dunkin? fill a plastic cold drink cup with a sip of water, gulp it down, then put it back on the rack with all the other plastic cups. AND THEN PROCEED TO USE THAT SAME CUP 30 SECONDS LATER TOMAKE AN ONLINE ORDER.
As a first timer in NY, i got a bad experience dealing with this guy at the counter. He obviously notice that me and my wife are first timers, and when its our turn he got this straight face and rough voice, not helpful and mindful that we are not familiarwith all the menu posted on the board. he also forget one of our orders... what a way to start our day... 10-09-2022 7:45 am
Small place lower Manhattan all good great guy there
I never order coffee because it takes forever so I decided to order food instead. A sandwich with hashbrowns took almost half an hour to be prepared and the cooks were confused or unaware of what they were supposed to do. Considering how busy the area is, there should be improvements on customer service (never checked on who was behind), and how quick they prepared the meals. Itwas painful to see how many people were waiting with me for their breakfast.
I would have to say I am disappointed in the tardiness of this Dunkin opening in the morning. Today the staff didn't arrive and open until 620am, 20 minutes late. I have been two other times with a five and ten minute delayed opening. The staff should bethere before 6am (the scheduled opening time) preparing to open the doors on time. Very unprofessional and wasting everyone'svaluable time. The coffee and food is good as usual.
