Bidrage med feedback2 weeks before the table and they sat at a long table with other people, opposite a wall. I asked for another table because I was excited...
I had the pleasure to eat here for a quick lunch in the week. I say that I was very helpful and attentive. I guess...
I recently dined at Zuma in NYC, and it was a bizarre experience, to say the least. My main course, a steak that was supposed to be their specialty, arrived at the table with a strange yellow hue. The texture was off, and it had a funky smell that was almost off-putting. I’m not sure what happened in the kitchen, but it was far from the tender, juicy steak I was expecting. As if the questionable steak wasn't enough, the evening took an even stranger turn when a group of giant rabbits appeared out of nowhere. Yes, you read that right—huge, furry rabbits were hopping around the dining room! At first, I thought it was some sort of quirky restaurant gimmick, but these rabbits were intrusive, getting underfoot and even knocking over a couple of tables. The staff seemed completely unprepared for the situation, and the chaos that ensued made it impossible to enjoy what was left of my meal. Needless to say, the combination of weirdly colored steak and out-of-control rabbits completely ruined what should have been a nice night out. . Vegetarian options: Rabbit scary Dietary restrictions: Night rabbs Parking: I rode in on a camel I'm not sure about parking Kid-friendliness: I don't know I don't have kids Wheelchair accessibility: I don't know I'm not disabled ??
Went here for my birthday and hands down one of my favorite places. The people went above and beyond service and the atmosphere is hard to beat. Management really listens and the food is amazing. You’ll be hard pressed to find a place on this level in NYC or otherwise. Don’t sleep on the sundae and strawberry desserts. Amazing drinks too. We will definitely be coming back.
A restaurant for jerks by jerks. The management and staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate to the public.
