Oki Poke Ramen - New York

This was the best poke I've ever had. Ingredients were not just dumped in and smothered with too much sauce. Instead ingredients were neatly arranged so it looked very appetizing. Also the sauce is not overwhelming at all. The salmon tasted very fresh. Will order here again for sure.

Would have prepared it more spicy and softer bamboo sticks.

Surprisingly good for a quick meal. Had one of the ramen and it was delicious. Something that does not break the bank in NYC.

OKI is a fast casual restaurant. For lunch, it seems most people do takeout. It is actually quite spacious inside, but the lighting could be improved. As for the food, the classic ramen was ok. For dine-in customers, I wish they wouldn’t serve the ramen in cheap disposable plastic bowls; it lessens the appeal of the food. Pass on the pork bun. The bun wasn’t pillowy soft, which leads me to think it had been sitting awhile.

Food was good. The quality of the chicken in the Thai coconut ramen could have been better. The broth was delicious. Would come back to try a poke bowl.
