Junior's Tacos Tex-mex Grill - New York

I went to Junior's on Friday June 10 I ordered chicken quesadillas and a Heineken I really don't like beer in a can but I guess for safety reasons they serve cans so I had the cold Heineken did he was my server she was very friendly real nice and she kept checking on me to see if I needed anything extra after my quesadilla I ordered three soft tacos two steak and shrimp I suggest when you order tacos you get the shredded cheese not the Mexican cheese. It was a good day an the food was great just need to fix the window glass it was broken and could be dangerous if you bump into it the door glass as well. The manager came in Scarlett. I thought Dede did a great job by herself with the amount of customers eating outside and inside an the frozen drinks was fly out the door mind you it was one girl doing her thing. I know Managment don't get to see everything but this girl was doing her job by herself no help at all I have seen other people not to be able to do the job but she is great . We should lift our employees not break them down hint one minute in a place does not show if someone can handle the job if you don't see what they have done . I am a hard a and I judge everything you employee was great even when the customer did have the right amount of money to pay the bill cause she told them 12$ a shot I don't drink liquor so I heard it clear she was in the right this is why your place got 5 stars will I go back yes I want Managment to serve me. I would like to see how the boss work. Guys hit up this place food is amazing for real.

Margaritas are good service is really bad with the girls they really dont care. But there is a guy that is really nice. And good with service. Food not so good and the crowd not that good be ready to throw your fist or fight when is busy

I heard this spot use to be the place you go in Dykeman to pregame or after the club, pre pandemic. And it's been hard trying to celebrate birthdays with NYC mandates. But Juniors Tacos was very accommodating. If you're ever in Dykeman stop by. It's a cute To-go spot, but they'll accommodate if you want a group reservations, both outdoors and indoors. We celebrated my sisters 24th birthday with a bunch of her friends. They even hooked us up with a $45 bottomless special. Starter plate, entree, side and 2hr unlimited mimosas, sangria or lime margaritas (very strong). They even have hookah and Happy Hour specials! Cash only tho.

Covid review. Delivery and take out only so check the menu before coming or call ahead to save you time. Definitely good chicken/beef tacos for the road but the bowls are probably my go to for sure. Home made juices to go definitely a keeper anytime I order.
