5 Napkin Burger Union Square - New York

Returned here after we had a really nice evening a few years ago. Something must have changed in management or concept. The man greeting us at the door was wearing an old worn sweater and old used jeans. The waiter was friendly and competent although a second waiter (not wearing any “official” clothes) approached us 2 times asking for things the normal waiter had already asked us. She was not impolite or something! The whole situation just seemed kind of “uncoordinated”. The food was okay not a blast but decent food for the pricing range.

Food was delicious! Cocktails were on point and the general service was very welcoming with a nice retro and cool ambiance! We shall definitely be attending again!

5 napkin a burger was delicious! But the onion ring Tower was sooo good!! Highly recommend!

Good burgers and fries, but service was a little slow. I think there was only one server for the dining area and it was fairly busy. Food was slow to come out too--I think we waited almost 40 min for a party of 4. Just ordered burgers and fries.
