Domino's Pizza - New Smyrna Beach

Very disappointed in the store, especially since I love this place. I had placed an order for carryout delivery (first time trying, just a curbside delivery service) since I was on the go with my kid. I waited 10 minutes until I had to go inside andfinally get my food. The only thing I don't understand is: Why have the carryout delivery option if no worker in the store isgoing to fulfill it? Otherwise food is great, just maybe pay attention to the services your workplace provides.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at the Dominos in new Smyrna beach. I would highly recommend this location especially. Like anyone or anything they are not perfect. They have messed up an order or two in the past however when I havecontacted them directly they have always owned up to the problem, apologized and corrected the mistake. Whether it?s offering anew one/remaking it, adding points or rewards to my account or offering a free item. They have always done what they can tocorrect the problem and I think that?s amazing.

I wanted to write a positive review, but unfortunately I can't. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to place an order, but the call got disconnected twice after about 10 minutes each time. I ended up driving to the restaurant, still on the phone for a third time, and finally got through when I was in the lobby. However, when I went to pay, I found out they were not accepting cash. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated.

We typically order this restaurant for delivery, but this time we were at the plaza so we decided to call ahead and pick it up. It met our expectations, considering it is fast food.

On May 13th, 2022, the website was down but after a call, they were able to fix the issue. The customer service at Domino's is excellent! Special thanks to Jeremy who provided 5-star service. After a bad experience with Pizza Hut, Domino's was a refreshing change. I had placed an order through the website but wasn't sure if it went through. A knowledgeable staff member was able to help and ensure the order was delivered on time. I believe Domino's will be my go-to pizza place from now on.
