Wendy's - New Orleans

I think I understand why the staff was rude today. I am under the impression that they do not receive support from management. I went through the journey through today and I noticed when I got my food and drinks, there was no threat. When I asked about one, I was screamed. they were out of a stray. not a big thing, could have just said that, but I felt that they were sick to tell everyone and that they were not delivered properly. Hopefully they're working it out.

The worst fast food place I 've ever been to. I waited at the microphone for 1 minute, then asked if anyone was there. The response was a curt Wait. Then three minutes later, I asked again, no response, and drove off. If you ever wait long enough to get food, something 's usually missing. My advice: McDonalds a few miles away. You 'll still get home quicker. And with all the food you paid for, without having to stop and check.

I ordered...not the friendliest cashier. Parked me. Waited 11 min for a spicy chicken sandwich that was hot and delicious. But the fries were warm

The employees and especially the manager does not listen to customers. Every time I request hot for my spicy nuggets, I get the ones that were already fried. The manager even refused to fry hot ones at a visit!

If i could i would give 0 stars because i waited like 2 minutes just in front of the speaker on the drive tru just to place my order with no line, i was the only one there and when i pull up to pick up my order they hand me a Dr pepper when i ordered a coke and on top of that it was hot and without ice and i said why you didn't said yall had no ice i don't want a hot drink and she started screaming to me and when i ask for the manager it turn out she was the manager it was a black female she didn't want to tell me her name but i guess is the one on the recipt (Dyshell) also lettuce was old and dry and bread had mold ...... I'm not coming back there
