Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I were craving Poboys and she specifically wanted a fried oyster one, so we chose to dine at this restaurant. It was quite crowded for a late lunch, but there was ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Following the cashier's suggestion, I ordered the surf and turf Poboy with fried shrimp instead of oysters. The Poboy also included roast beef. My wife opted for the fried oyster Poboy. Both dishes were excellent. We will definitely return to enjoy more Poboys when we visit New Orleans again.
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the gator poboy, which wasn't too spicy but had a nice kick to it. It was delicious and the bread was soft on the inside. Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal.
The grilled shrimp po boy was amazing. Wanted to stand up and clap but instead headed up to front and told them BRAVO! The staff was very nice. The spot was clean. Probably the cheapest po boys on Bourbon St. The experience of eating there felt like I was taken back to the olden days. Loved it and highly recommend you try this place out. The small was huge. I certainly did not finish it.
Classic Bourbon St dive. There’s something cool to look at everywhere you turn. Don’t forget there’s seating in the back. The line moves really fast so don’t worry about that. It’s worth the wait. We had the catfish Po’boy and the shrimp Po’boy. The french fries were fresh and crunchy. Now when they say spicy, they mean spicy. I’ll be back.
Nola poyboys from the outside looks like a tourist trap, however it was truly authentic. Plenty of seating and quick service. The roast beef, spicy sausage, and barbecue shrimp was all excellent. The manager even came around and asked us how it was, definitely recommend.
