I ordered a cake on the phone placing the order for Saturday December 9th I called back the next day asking to switch it to December 7th the lady repeated back to me what I said and we confirmed for December 7th and then I went in today December 7th the cake wasn’t made and was written down for pick up on Sunday December 10 they were not understanding in the slightest and said there was nothing they could do about it because it was written down wrong and I ended up having to pay full price for a cake I didn’t want from the fridge and the birthday girl was not able to eat it because the cake I had ordered was gluten free and the one I got from the fridge was not

Use to love this Dairy Queen, after yesterday i may never go back. Having too repeat my order 4 to 5 times does not impress me at all. A small ice cream has decreased in size to bearly any ice cream above the cone. The wait time inside was over 15 min with only 3 people in the line up.

Went today to get a banana split blizzard, which I buy every time I’m at any DQ. Was told they don’t make them, showed the cashier the website showing the items is in fact on their menu. Was told again they can’t make it because it costs about $14 she said and it wasn’t fair to the customer. Asked to speak to a manager was told no one was there. Was super strange to say the least. I wouldn’t have cared the cost I just wanted what I usually get and found It bizarre that every DQ has no issue making this menu item except this one DQ. Will be calling to speak to someone for sure.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Stood at the counter for 10 plus minutes with no one else in the dining area, watched multiple employees look at me turn away and not take my order. Then once my order was taken I seen them throw my fries in the microwave to warm them up, not impressed over that. Customer service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced!!
