My great evening was amazing. The checkout was super sweet! but the best part was my pizza sandwich! I even started dancing, it was so good! I almost gave up potbelly, but this has renewed my faith!

The girl with glasses and cute tattoos is always so friendly. My sister has special needs and is excited when she commands herself and her excitement tends to take orders longer, but this worker is always so patient. She talks to my sister instead of talking to me or my father, which really says a lot about her character! So sweet

Food was really good, especially the Oreo shake. The service was somewhat strange and was difficult to understand the ordering process. All employees have headsets and you are not sure whether they talk to you or on the headset or what is going on. For the first few minutes it was hard to get even contact to get their attention. It's just like they don't have a manager or someone who runs the show.
