Bruegger's Bagels - New Hope

This has to be the worst brueggers I've ever been to. The kids working there nice enough. But they are always out of every kind of bagel people want. I just watched them tell every single person there that they didn't have the bagel they wanted and ended up spending more time waiting on people to figure out an alternative option than actually making bagels. While someone should be in back making more of everything they are somehow out of at 11am on a Sunday, 3 employees are standing around waiting for people to figure it out. They had 3 door dash drivers waiting for bagels that didn't even exist. I couldn't get the everything bagel so I got a plain since they really didn't have more than a couple options. But they put the tiniest smear of cream cheese you've ever seen. Like the guy who made it was trying to make that tub last as long as possible. The bagel tasted gross too, like a bad sock. Not enough cream cheese to cover the gross tasting bagel, and the cream cheese that was there tasted like it had been sitting out since 5am. I threw out 3/4 of it and gave half of that last 1/4 to my wife. Even the Mr Pipp tasted off. Go to another location if you really want brueggers. I'll never come back here. Plymouth and St Louis Park aren't that far away.

I now remember why I stopped coming here, nevermore. Not only did they discontinue my favorite bagel years ago, their presentation is abysmal. Do better. What a waste of money this bagel was, so messy upon opening I needed a fork and knife to scrape and eat, tossing the rest.

We have gone to this location a few times and they always seem to be out of the most popular bagels. They are also very understaffed so service tends to take a while.

Honestly I used to come here more often but it's been going downhill for a while. Today was my worst experience. I walked in and the lady who was working the register rudely took my order and paid me basically no mind, then I moved to waiting for my order where everyone who arrived before me and after me were served before I was. Then the employee who was working the line asked what I was waiting for, I told him and he handed me my sandwich that he had had waiting for a few minutes. He threw the bag over the glass and didn't look at me again which I found very rude. Then when I walked out the lady who took my order had since gone on break and was smoking marijuana out in front of the store swaying back and forth listening to music. She had red or bright colored braids and it was so very unprofessional and explained all her carefree and rude behavior. I hope brueggers does something about this location as it has given me a permanently negative opinion about the stores in general

Very disgusting I went in on June 9th 2024 a whole bunch of kids working there they are opening doors running registers one of them actually picked something up off floor never changed gloves they definitely need additional training do they understand at some point those gloves need to be changed there hands are cleaner at this point.
