Mi Pueblo Mexican - New Haven

If the food wasn 't so good we would NEVER return. Our server never brought our queso because she, got too busy putting merchandise away. At another point, she answered her cell phone at our table. My order was completely wrong and she NEVER came back to check on us. We had to wait forever for her to bring our check to us. The service is what is going to ruin this location.

I don't have the words to describe how horrible the food was,I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.It's obvious that the owner doesn't care about the customers.If they don't want to stayin business they're on the right track.The waitress asked if we needed doggie bags and we said no at the same time and didn't even ask why! WOW!!!?DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place was awful..Food was good but service was the worst I’ve ever seen! Waited ten minutes for a table and there was only 2 tables with people at them.. Then waited way to long for an order from the lunch menu. Also, never got a refill on my drink. Lastly, when I was done I had to go find someone to cash me out.I’ll never go back to this location. Was excited to go because I love the other location.. highly disappointed!

My family and I never go out often so when we do we get excited. We love the Mi Pueblo on Jefferson so we were excited to check out the one closer to home. The Restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious. However, our service was awful. She literally took our order and we never saw her again til it was time for check. We never got our queso and our drinks never got filled. It seemed like everyone was being served but us. And when I said to the server we never got our queso so could you not charge us for it.. She let out a pathetic oh sorry.... Needless to say we aren't going to go back to that location. I understand that they were short staffed too... I get it. I was a server for 9 years, but i would at least try to take care of everyone to the best of my ability, and if I couldn't I would apologize.. Sincerely.

Great food at an excellent price! A bit understaffed during my lunch visit.
