The Old Country - New Hamburg

Had an excellent breakfast, although the eggs were a bit ordinary.

Delicious local restaurant filled with friendly staff and patrons. Sports playing on the tvs in the corners but never loud enough to interrupt conversation.

Have no competition. It was not busy but order was 35 minutes. Food was hot but like under heatlamp hot and overcooked. Not impressed lately. We have had better experiences there in the past.

Great family style restaurant with good eats. Will definitely be back again, hopefully soon.

Stay away from this place!! Have been going to the Old Country for Years....... not any more !! Placed 4 orders, what we received after picking up and getting home was 2 very raw hamburgers, I had sent 3 emails 2 sent on Saturday and 1 sent on Monday) to the owner and heard back on my 3rd attempt Monday 2 days later). They did replace the 2 raw hamburgers after we had to show proof that the were raw 40mins later). Spoke to the Owner of the restaurant, he agreed that they were under cooked and wasnt prepared to do anything outside of replacing the Raw ones, not very good customer service, its to bad as I did enjoy my regular Saturday night family take out orders at the Old Country! Not any more !!
