Panda Express - New Castle

I visited this Panda. The food is always fresh. I saw the staff check the temperature of the food. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. I had the Firecracker Shrimp at this visit, it was great! The staff is always friendly! Sadaja made my choices today and smiles always and helpful! Pay attention to the peppers, they add great taste, but can be too much when you eat. The toilet is also very clean, which is important.

I'm so glad to see that this Panda Express is finally open, so much closer to home. My girl and I waited for the first day for a while. Driving up to the entrance we see that they offer an outside seat, but... It is very minimal; I had hoped for more outdoor seating. While you take a walk into the restaurant, there was a little like, but that's all expected when something new opens. The team worked hard to ensure that all orders were completed and fresh food was presented every 5-10min. If you are new to Panda Express as I was a few months ago while you wait in line, they have a monitor that shows you what size of plates they offer, the type of meat you can choose and then the pages. Everything was quite expensive and they offer chipsticks! to food; I had ordered the record coming with two ducks and one side. I asked for Kung Pao Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, and my side was half and half (rice and chow mine). I loved how she asked me if I had more teriyaki sauce on my chicken, YES PLEASE! The taste was there, the Kung Pao Chicken had a nice kick to him, the grilled chicken was perfect and so much taste to him, the fried rice was on a good consistency; not boiled or boiled, and for the chow mine.... There was something on the dry side, but for me this is almost expected at every Panda Express. If you mix it with the teriyaki sauce, it is great, but alone you will not be satisfied. Overall, our experience at Panda Express was great! The service was good, even if the line was a good wait, the food was delicious, the restaurant was a little cool.
