The room is clean and the service is topnotch. I like the breakfast but my husband didn't but he is a picky eater. It was quiet and no noise. The pool is clean is well maintained. We ate out so we never tried their restaurant on site. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and we slept very well. The staff were informative and helpful too.

Unfortunately while maid service is doing an excellent job in each room, the common areas are not being detail cleaned. There's a buildup of old lint and crud in all the corners and cracks and edges. The routine maintenance is being done in a shoddy fashion and the place just feels like it's falling apart. Again, this is the common areas not the rooms.

The rooms were extremely outdated. We were there for our family reunion. There were issues even before we got there. We attempted to get an upgrade, which we received a runaway about. We were told to wait until arrival and then request an upgrade. We did that and there were no upgrades. The room was musty and had a moldy smell. The nightstand and other furnishings in the roomwere extremely dusty. The bathrooms were horrible. The toilet was so low to the floor it was difficult using it. I was 18 days post op from knee surgery and trying to use the restroom was indeed difficult. The only place in the hotel I found a reasonably raised toilet was in the lobby restroom in the last stall. A good portion of my family complained about the toilets. The water in the sink and the tub didn't drain well either. While showering you ended up with water pooling in the tub... Trying to brush your teeth or wash your face meant you would have to wait until the water had gone down to continue.The best thing about the hotel was the location, literally right off of the hotel.Nearby activities: There were plenty of things to do near the hotel which was a huge plus

The Courtyard room was the highlight of my stay. The room was clean,comfy and nice and cold just how my family and I like it. Oh the hot shower was awesome ?

What a great Hotel to spend 2 nights in! Very clean rooms. The chef is phenomenal. Breakfast had lots of different choices had a chef making fresh omelettes. Front desk staff was always smiling would ask if you need anything. You will not be disappointed!Rooms: Lots of space very clean.
