The last 2 times i have visited, the food has been terrible! I literally threw a 22$ meal in the trash. The bread was toasted and grilled and it was somehow still wet. I traveled literally less than 2 min from this location to where i was eating and by the time i got there the bread was so wet the texture was completely off putting And the entire thing went in the trash. Also the only way in aware of to get points is to order through the app, but every time i do that, the order has been incorrect. Literally every single time. I called to speak to the manager twice, but they are never there and no one has ever called me back, despite leaving my contact twice. Extremely disappointing. Also they claim to be a healthy option but they got rid of light mayo?? And the new sub options are not good imo.. So far i have tried 2 and they were both nearly inedible tbhVegetarian options: YesKid-friendliness: YesParking: Free, lots of itWheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible with parking.
I was very disappointed that I went in, in person on a Thursday at 2:45pm to place an order for 2 subway platters to be ready for Saturday at 5:30pm and when I arrived at 5:40 they were not ready for the party that was starting at 6pm. The young guy did a great job getting them ready as fast as he could!! I was angry and not in the greatest mood as experiences that happened in Woodstock area by owners/managers that Friday night abd check out Saturday (and did go to social media while the manager came up with excuses as to why they weren't ready)... Mind you, I gave lots of notice because I knew Fundy High school senior basketball team was hosting tournament and so were the JV girls (plus there was hockey going on in the area)... when I arrived there were only 2 employees and then an employee (not working at the time- was a paying customer, she stepped out of line to try and help). Yes I did get some coupons but still not acceptable! My worst experience... I DO understand the cold weather was terrible and I do understand there were issues to start the day which is when the manager should have brought in more employees to help out!!
