Salonika House Of Pizza - New Bedford

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Right amount of sauce, cheese, and crunch. I also got a roast beef sandwich. I'm used to restaurants piling the beef on a onion roll. This roast beef sandwich was a pleasant surprise. The taste of the beef was what sold the sandwich. Could there be more meat, yes. But, the bread was fresh, the meat was good. Overall, the sandwich was delicious. Looking for old school family restaurant that serves good pizza, this is the spot. Parking: Usual for Massachusetts. Lots of off street parking if you can find it. You may not have to wait for long for parking. I parked on a side street, walked a few steps. The food and service was worth it.

Had to file a complaint with the better business bureau over a hair in my food. Put a late night order in and they trash talked me the whole time while I waited for some cheese fries. Wouldn't refund me after seeing half of what I usually get on top of the complaining about late customers.

30 years of coming here and going strong? The Roast Beef Grinder is my favorite anywhere. However, everything is good they never disappoint, and treat you like family!

Ordered from this place twice. Asked for grilled mushrooms and onions on sub got raw. Asked for mayo got none. Asked for American cheese,which it already comes with cheese in the first place, got no cheese. Both times. What a hassle these people are. Definitely do not recommend. They used to care about their customers but lately they could care less. Not worth your money.
