Del Taco - New Baltimore

I work at Cold Stone right behind this Del Taco and I honestly have nothing to say positively. I usually arrive at 10:30-11 and sometimes 11:30 am and I always get an excellent service. An employee special, I think his name is Brendan (young gentleman with ginger-colored hair) always goes out his way to deliver excellent customer service no matter when I arrive. Only yesterday I made it 5 minutes before it closed and got no posture, I was not rushed, and the food was boiled properly and was not thrown together unwise. I can't say how much I can appreciate this from a late night Fast Food Drive thru. My order is always right, in acceptable condition and given to me with a smile. A rarity in these crazy times.

Tacos stay crunchy. This makes them automatically better than TBell

Del Taco is so much better than the other Fast Food Taco Restaurant (TB) in the area. Their ingredients always taste fresh. Your cheese is grated fresh, you can simply try the difference. Their tacos also have more meat, cheese, salad and tomatoes in them.

The food is great! So fresh and full of flavor. Had the plant based taco and it was so good. Will definitely be going back again!!

I usually stop by Friday night on my way home after work. Always greeted by Brendan. Outstanding service and he's always friendly. My food is always on point and good. I'll take Del over Bell any day of the week. Especially from this location.
