Bidrage med feedbackI used to go here precovid..and the service was great...but after covid I am in deep dismay. I ordered the largest family size and was in shock..the portion sizes have been reduced so drastically. What used to be a small size side portion was now given to me as the equivalent of the largest size. My kids love the garlic bread..and so when I was given 8 small half pieces which didn't even allocate my family of 5 a couple of pieces of bread each. I then had to ordered more garlic bread (to avoid my kids fighting) .. just to get charged ~6$ for another meager 4 half pieces.. which arrived by nearly the end of the meal and should have been written off for that reason. Even the fries were half of what they used to be. I would probably not have been so dismayed.. but I remember how great this place used to be and how the proportion were well proportionate.
Today we ordered the jumbo platter meal and we first had to wait 20 minutes for the order and then they only gave us 4 personal sized sides instead of the large sides. Basically $20 worth of food on an $80 bill and not enough for everyone. They also got the flavors of our chicken wrong and the quality was horrible. 20 minute drive so going back wasn't an option. I would be more forgiving with my rating if this was the first time we have had issues with our order from here but it's not.
Ordered full platter and spicy wings, other than the side nothing seemed coming fresh out of the kitchen, chicken was cold/half cooked.. plus the staff forgot the sauce twice..May be they were tired but there was still 1 hour left in the day when we got our food..utterly dissapointed with this locations quality of food and service

I order dinner from this location when I get there the order was ready on time but employees were in really rush they replace my order in a paper bag and they put it sideways and all the grease leaked the and broke the bag in my car it makes messy this is completely employee fault bc of they do rush and they don’t care the customers.Second response;I came same day I made the review it was 6:30pm
