Mcdonald's - Navassa

Very last time going to McDonald's! Rude and disrespectful. I went to this location a couple hrs ago. Girl at the window told me to pull up and wait for them to bring me a cup of ice, no cars behind me BTW. Then proceeded to yell at the nice young man at the first window who told me to ask at the 2nd window for the ice. So I politely called asked to speak with a manager, asked the manage who I was speaking with she refused to give me her name lol.... then got rude so I can honestly say I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO MCDONALD'S........ who trains these disrespectful ppl, I'm curious..........

All I can say is a really love mickydee's.Thank you for your hard work

She got mad she had to get off her phone to do her job and said i really got to dill with thes people while cuting us a nasty look.... so yeah

Usually the service is decent, but on this day, everyone was unhappy and the staff were rude. They messed up my order twice. And it was just a kids hamburger happy meal. They kept giving me a cheese burger. The one I sent back, they brought it back out and you could tell they tried to scrape the cheese off. I explained it was an allergy and had to take it back again and explained there can't be even a trace because of allergy. They gave me an attitude and were rude. So, if you have a gluten or dairy allergy, go to a different McDee's

The service was terrible and the staff is so mean. The cashier gave my order to the car in front of me and then gave me someone else's food and shut the window immediately. When I tried to tell her my food was wrong she ignored me at the window and then got mad because she was wrong.
