I went to this restaurant for Mother's Day brunch. It was fantastic last year, but unfortunately, this year it was a disappointment. Both my mother and I had to send our dishes back. The staff did not come to apologize or make it right. The service was subpar - our server was slow and seemed to struggle to understand us. It was a frustrating experience.

The service is always exceptional. Food quality is amazing. Fabulous children's menu. Can't go without dessert and coffee because they're both so good.

For years, I have been touting this as the best lunch spot in the vicinity of Natick Mall or Route 9. After my latest visit, I can confidently say that this may even be the best restaurant in Natick, outside of the main location in Dallas. The food has always been consistently excellent, and the menu offers a variety of options on a single page. The wine and cocktail selections are impressive as well. However, what truly sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional service. From the General Manager, Hans, to the servers Audi and Andrea, you will be well taken care of. Whether you are looking for a quiet lunch with a loved one or treating your children to a special meal, you will be in good hands here. I can't wait to return, as it is always a delightful experience.

I had made a reservation for Valentines Day for my niece and me. I had intimated in my reservation that I am a vegetarian. Emailed Hans about it and also called and told them two days prior. Our waitress was completely unaware and served me “Chicken Broth” We ordered Cappuccino which came cold and diluted. Then a different waitress made it and it was ok. They did not charge us for the Cappuccino “ But That Is Not The Point” Please do not have something on your menu that you are not trained to make. I had to ask our waitress three times for Orange Juice? The Zucchini Cannelloni had cheese that was stringy and hard. Overall the food was not up to the mark. Disappointed and would not recommend.
